An engineer by training, Basuraj is a creative technologist interested in multidisciplinary algorithm design for city systems and the people using them. His expertise in machine learning-based framework development allows him to take quantitative decisions with qualitative methods. As a postdoc and lecturer at UCD, he specializes in online infrastructure monitoring. A PMP aspirant, Basuraj is authoring the first-ever global book on real-time structural health monitoring and represents Ireland in the EU through Cost Action engagements.
